Great hotel with excellent links from airport and into the city. Used as a base for Longchamp Arc day and couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Overcharged for the first breakfast. We arrived in the morning and our room would not be available until 3 in the afternoon. We were told we could eat breakfast but would have to pay 50 euros cash since we didn’t have room assigned. When I checked out I paid the amount they told me on my credit card. Only after paying did they give me the details which showed a 40 euro charge for breakfast that morning. After a heated argument they finally agreed to credit my card 40 euros. Even to they gave me the credit receipt it still has not shown on my statement.

New modern facility and near to metro station. Short of staff and support is limited and ling waiting at front to be serviced. Room service experience wasn’t that great as you expect more in a hotel with this rating.

Everything was good nothing as unique but the location was very suitable to me and close to all the facilities.
