2 night stay. Sea view king on 2nd floor. Lobby bar and breakfast are good. The bed was good. We had an old room that hadn’t been serviced in some time. Short on towels, soap, shampoo, coffee. They also didn’t clean the room when we were out. The thermostat broke in middle of night. The elevator also broke. They lost the key to the breakfast room Saturday morning and couldn’t unlock the door so they had to admit everyone through a back kitchen door. Who is managing this place?
