This was a good hotel although a little bit tired in fixtures and rooms. We weren't as close to the heart of the action as we thought we might have been. Still would recommend it. Staff were very busy.

Hôtel normal sans plus.

Posted 30-Jul-2016
Pros: Rien
Cons: L'accueil, surtout pour les clients ne maitrisant pas trop l'anglais.
Climatisation défectueuse. Geste commerciale en nous offrant un petit déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié. Le restaurant ferme à 21h30. Room service trop restreint.

3 Big Things Broken

Posted 11-Jul-2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Fix broken things.
Location: Dowtown is close and very cool.
We were given a suite which was nice except that the AC was broken. The sent up some fans which helped. TV's didn't work, but we didn't care as it was late and we went right to bed. They said, they would fix the AC and TV's the next day. After a day of touring, we came back to a room that was not cleaned and nothing was fixed. We called down to reception who said nothing was fixed because no engineer worked on Saturday. The staff made us feel a bit unreasonable for complaining about no AC, no TV and un-cleaned room. They did move us to another room which was fine. Bad experience for us. Would not recommend this hotel. Don't think management is on top of things. Staff was friendly but not equipped to handle issues.

A nice Irish hotel

Posted 24-Jun-2016
Pros: The staff was always friendly. The restaurant had great food and the prices were reasonable.
Cons: I think the tub could be lower.
Location: The hotel was about five minutes away from the center of town. You could get to the bus and train station easy.
We arrived early, and the staff went out of it's way to get us our room early. We had a long flight and a two hour bus. So we were happy to get a room early.

Not as advertised on Expedia

Posted 28-May-2016
This hotel was advertised as city center that is very incorrect . Had to get a bus which ran every hour when I wanted to go into the city. Thus information on Expedia booking was incorrect.

Comfy bed but practically kicked out.

The receptionist was very curt. She did not tell me when breakfast would be served or if I needed help with my bags. She even took a phone call while checking me in. I was twenty minutes late checking out. Yet, I got a phone call which made me feel I'd well out stayed my welcome and there was a queue of people waiting to stay in my room. Unnecessary.
