I really loved the hotel. The decor is fabulous. The bed is huge and really comfortable. I was there during the cold spell and it was so warm and cosy. I used the leisure facilities which were lovely. The hot tub is a real treat. Staff are really helpful and lovely. I cant wait to go back.

Hotel lesuire area was great hot tub great, gym fantastic! I found the hotel restaurant very expensive considering the price of the hotel per night, i enjoyed my experience there, but found.it quite expensive

Leisure centre and hotel are separate businesses so you have to bring your towels from the room to the pool. The swim lessons took up either side of the pool instead of the two lanes the same side. The water temperature was cold in the pool…really should have been hotter.

The circuit breaker in our room was very noisy and making a buzzing noise. The buzzing would either be a loose wire or the breaker is worn out and needs to be replaced, thus my unsafe review. I informed the staff about it but they did not repair it the first day lf my 2 night stay, I did not expect them to repair it immediately but hopefully they get around to it soon. The sheets also had some strange stains on them.

Beautiful hotel with lovely reception, dining and bedrooms just a shame the bathrooms haven't been refurbished. Also if liquid handsoap was provided this would reduce a lot of wastage. The spa is part of a leisure facility connected with hotel. Bath robes would have added a nice touch while using these facilities. If there have been some recycling facilities either in hotel or outside at car parking that would have been helpful to cut down waste. Overall pleased with hotel.

Stained bed sheets, mould in the bathroom,broken lamp leaning against the wall. Went for a nap during the day only to be awoken by housekeeping banging on the door and persisted to enter even though it was locked. Complaints went to front desk. Zero response from management. Avoid
