Sitting on over 5 acres, this stunning spanish-style home offers an ideal escape for families seeking both privacy and convenience, with the beach and bay just minutes away. With 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two living spaces, a game room, huge chef’s kitchen and private pool, fun times are ahead at Casa Oceana! ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: West end of Galveston Island, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from multiple west end beaches. ● Private Pool: This home features a large in-ground pool with a spacious patio for lounging. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. The fifth bedroom is a haven for kids, with 6 full bunk beds, and the sixth bedroom up the spiral staircase has one full-size bunk bed and one twin-size bunk bed, providing cozy and fun accommodations for extra guests. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests.
