Very clean, new comfortable mattresses (firm), and a quiet location away from the chaos down closer to the beach, but less than a 5 min drive. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. HVAC worked great and kept home at a good temp, althoigh the fan blower downstairs although is extremely loud and near the master. However we love the white noise, could be a problem for some who like it quiet. Thermostat has a setting that can let you run the fan while sleeping, which was a must. This would be my only call out to others but actually worked in our favor since we actually prefer white noise to sleep. ##### Crystal M.
