"Wonderful place ideally located on the perimeter of the centro storico. The staff were super friendly and efficient, Sabrina particularly was lovely and very helpful. The hotel has been tastefully restored with lots of exposed stone and cellars. The only negative I would say is that our room was spacious and nicely appointed but lacked two comfortable chairs to sit in, this was very disappointing. The restaurant Il Bastione is only mediocre and I would suggest perhaps looking elsewhere to eat."
