Coffee pot didnt work, but the staff got us a new one. The door key didnt work. Staff came and helped get us in. The bathroom wasnt very accessible like we asked for.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were terrible. It was very noisy with all the traffic. The rooms werent very clean. Breakfast was good

The mattress was a little harder than what I was use to. There was no surprises. The room wasn’t refreshed after first night which we were ok with. I would stay there again.

Our first stay at an AmericInn, this location was originally built as a Country Inn & Suites. When you are on a road trip, you need a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay and this hotel checked those boxes. Could use some updating, but our room was clean and comfortable. Nice location near shopping and not far to restaurants. We will likely use this hotel again.

Very nice upgrade down so far inside the hotel needs minor maintenance down still inside rooms like towel holders in bathrooms on the first floor when i arrived i was amazed that there was no landscaping done to the property very surprised overall stay was great managers was awesome

Following snowstorm, other area hotels cared for their entire parking lot. AmericInn barely touched just the lane.. it was very slick. Hot tub was out of order. It was near shopping and restaurants

We stayed at this hotel while passing through the area. It was fine for an inexpensive hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible! The hot tub was out of service. The hotel could use some updating and deep cleaning, but it wasn’t dirty or in bad shape. Breakfast was ok, some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. The staff was very friendly and quick at check-in and when we had a request. Convenient and safe location. Overall, we were comfortable for a night, but I’m not sure I would want to stay here for much longer than that.

It was what you would expect right off of the interstate. Check in was positive and very friendly. Room was clean, adequate, with comfortable bed.

The price was reasonable but property is next to the highway and there was highway noise. My bathroom was not very clean with hair both in sink and on the floor. The door to my room would stick and I had to either push hard to open into the room or pull hard to leave the room. I did like the linens and pillows. Guest seemed to like using the inside pool and jacuzzi.

The rooms are spotless, and though we had an issue with a payment which was sent through strangely, everything else has been very awesome and well taken care of. I dont know if the gentleman is a manager or the owner but he came past while my husband's hands were quite full, and helped by opening the door to our room for him!! Very attentive service!!
