Two-bedroom, two-bath Valleywood Lane Golf Villa, situated in a private setting with woods and golf fairways to the rear. The townhouse features a cozy, built in dining area, a galley kitchen with new refrigerator and range, an eat at breakfast bar and a laundry closet with a new stackable, washer and dryer. The main level offers an open living room with a vaulted ceiling, multiple skylights, and a brick, surround wood-burning fireplace. A large bedroom on this level features a beautifully appointed and upgraded bathroom with granite tops. The upper level features a spacious loft area that overlooks the main floor with additional sleeping space. On the upper level, you’ll find a spacious master suite with a vaulted ceiling, a private updated bath, and updated six-panel doors. New "TREX" decks on the front and rear. Enjoy all the amenities that the Galena Territory offers you as a guest of an owner. You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COVID-19 REGULATIONS MAY IMPACT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. We do not have a Covid Cancellation Policy, we HIGHLY recommend travel insurance. It was only about 10 minutes outside of Galena. Goat yoga is pretty close and the waterfall is right around the corner. The townhouse was clean and peaceful and we all loved the decor. We loved staying at this property! Beautifully decorated and they thought of every little detail. I love when a property feels like they owner has actually stayed there and stocked it with what they would want. Bedding was comfy and my kids loved the loft. The space is small, but plenty of room for our family of four. We loved how quiet it was and the kids liked being able to ride their bikes outside. Plus the clubhouse was amazing. We went twice a day! Cannot say enough good things about the property especially the value - really great, easy family trip. ##### Laura J. Super clean with lovely decor. Great location. The single serve coffee pot is not for K-cups but we worked it out. Note, the upstairs gets extremely hot, but there are fans to help with the heat. The Keurig was fine, but be prepared for that. We had to buy the pods from the Country Store on the property and everything there is just a tad more expensive. Quite a feat! The extras (lots of bath towels, extras upon extras of toilet paper, pantry items, dishes, & trash bags) made our stay feel like we were staying with generous friends rather than in a typical rental.
