Beach House Sardina January 19
We stayed in the Beach House Sardina in January 19 for two weeks. The house is lovely and Paco and his family could not have made us more welcome when they met us on arrival. They had provided much more than basic provisions for us in the kitchen and bathrooms etc which was very much appreciated. The house is set over three levels with the ground floor having open plan kitchen dining and living area with a shower room wc and wash hand basin. The first floor has three comfortable bedrooms and family bathroom with the third floor being a solarium roof terrace with two tables with chairs and two sun loungers provided. The village itself is small and most of the restaurants were closed due to the fact that it was January. We would recommend having a rental car which we found invaluable for getting around not only the village but round the island as well. There is a signpost pointing to a Hiper Market only 6Km away from the village. The road to it is spectacular as you climb to the top of a some very large cliffs with unprotected drops to the sea etc. It really is quite something. All in all a wonderful stay and experience.
