There was a broken bottle on upstairs walkway all night. seemed unsafe. The neighborhood was a little questionable. The room was clean, also, I liked the heated floors at the sink & bathroom.

The staff was awesome. We had a problem checking into our flight and Julie was tenacious in helping us to get it solved. We thank her so much. Also the agent that checked us in at the motel was very helpful in telling us directions for shopping.

Surprised by the mandatory $50 refundable fee. Since they only have 4 non smoking rooms, they require you pay this fee for any damages. I was unable to take a bath. Only shower. Very limited number of tv channels and 2 of them were Spanish. Ice machine didn’t always work.Not a great area.

We had a non refundable res with Expedia. Checked in very late. Was informed there was a $50 "deposit" required in addition to the room fee. I told the clerk I had never heard of such an outrageous thing and didn't want to pay it. He said it was refundable within 3 to 5 days. I said, I don't care, I think it is ridiculous. But I had to pay it to get the room key. I also told him I was going to write a very negative review in Expedia. Never going to stay in a Super8 again. As for the room, it was clean, tidy, albeit pretty spartan, but comfortable enough. However, I had to unplug the heat pump b/c it was making a weird noise when it kicked on. And in general the noise level from other guests as well as traffic was unacceptably high. I apologized to the motel staff the next morning for being irate when checking in, and they were very nice. But I am still never going to stay there again, not in 1,000 years.

It is the dirtiest I have ever been in a budget hotel. the smell of the room; the sheets all dirty, the dirty refrigerator. The coffee maker with hair inside the water tank. I would never stay there again.

Several flys and a flea in first along with a dirty towel hanging on the waste basket. They switched us to their “Suite”, and this room had some kind of bloody bug dried to the shower curtain and some sort of tiny black pieces between the sheets. I couldn’t tell if they were old bugs or what. I got out of there quickly, and went to a Ramada down the street. I asked for a refund but the attendant on duty refused. I need Expedia’s help in getting a refund.

Gross and overpriced
This place was pretty gross. Several dead cockroaches outside and inside the room. There were holes in the bedding. We were given 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloth for 4 people in a room with 3 beds.

The rooms were not cleaned appropriately. It looked like there was mouse or rat feces behind one of the beds. The beds had cheap mattresses that you could feel the metal springs In when you laid on them. The manager became irritated when asked to help with a plumbing issue in the room. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The management is assumptuous and rude while mischaracterizing guests without discussing full facts surrounding situations when confronted on poor guest relations; such as unanswered requests to housekeeping for things such as trash bags or front desk staff showing indifference to concerns over various issues regarding alarming other guest behaviors. Property is not as clean as they attempt to portray. It is not a welcoming place in general. Loud partiers at night and numerous angry exchanges between other guests and their guests. It isn't hard to piece together their business when they yell about it in common areas. The rooms are of moderate condition and property is of decent location compared to other economic properties in the area. That does not make up for such misplaced arrogance of management. He does not know the people on his property and he should heed caution in judging others. It has far reaching effect.

What a horrible dump! Walked into the room and the beds were a mess, cigarette butts in the ashtray, soda can on the nightstand. We turned around, went to the desk and demanded a refund. We had to drive 35 miles to find a clean, comfortable hotel. Stay away from this hotel!!!

We weren’t there long before demanding a refund. We had three rooms and upon checking the first we found bed bugs, the second had roaches on the bed sheets and the third smelled like smoke and the sheets and towels appeared to be used and not laundered.

Scary and stinks
The first room we were put in smelled like mold and mildew and the tv didn’t work. We called she had us come back to the office and get a different room key. We went back to a different room and it was just as bad. I think there’s were drug dealers and prostitutes. We could not stay there. The pictures on hotels.com were from a different hotel. Now I pray we get our $100 gift card refunded

Roaches in the room, sink plugged up - would not drain, lightbulbs burned out, nothing to eat in the morning- only coffee offered, people sleeping on the walkways in front of rooms overnight covered with sleeping bags, really rough neigborhood:( would not pay $20 for a room in a motel that operates as a flop house, do not stay there......I would have gone someplace else if i would have been able to get my money back but that is not possible anymore nowadays.

Had to be in the area because we were dropping of someone at the Atlanta airport... Due to the fact that is was Labor Day weekend and DragonCon was in town this was the closest ok lace we could find that was priced good enough for just an overnight stay. Next time I'll just pay the extra for something a little better. This location seems to be in the middle of a residential neighborhood which made it interesting to drive up to. It is definitely an older building that has attempted to make itself look better but falls short especially inside the rooms. Everything had that air of just shy of being new or recent. The check in process took longer than was necessary because the two girls behind the counter seemed to be chatting between themselves more than actually working. The air conditioner was loud and the entire night we could smell someone smoking weed from somewhere nearby. If you can spend the extra $ somewhere else, go for it. Otherwise this place is nothing to write home about

We arrived late Thursday night. Check in was okay. Within 30 minutes of getting to our room, around 1 am, police showed up for a couple arguing in the parking lot. Friday morning we saw our first roach in the bathroom. We paid for Thursday - Monday, but our room key was shut off on Saturday, and they had to fix it. Room phone didn't work. On Sunday, even maintenence had an issue getting into our room because the door lock is "messed up". We requested more towels or a mop when we had a small leak which we had to fix ourselves, and was given 2 hand towels. On Saturday morning, we saw roach #2, 3, 4 and it went on. We looked for another hotel to check into, but places were booked. The stay was terrible. I didn't have super high expectations, but being questioned by cops day 1, and seeing countless roaches, I can't say I'd recommend this to my worst enemy. "Owner" commented back on my google review claiming the person I was with came in on Friday and stated everything was "perfect". However, we didn't even check in until Friday morning. We didn't have to go into the front until the next day, Saturday. If it was "perfect", they wouldn't have shut off our keys 2 days before checkout. Nor would the cops have been on the property multiple times. I also found multiple roaches in the bathroom, which I have photos (which under details I can prove location being the hotel and times).
