Spacious 5-bedroom Lake Lanier home with Boathouse, WiFi & Whole House Generator

Located in Gainesville, GA, enjoy what this 5-bedroom lake front house has to offer. This delightful property features 5 queen beds, 4 bathrooms with shower and bathtub amenities, as well as four additional, high quality Brookstone single blow up beds, if needed. There is a fitness room with treadmill for guests to stay active. Top floor boasts a master suite and two bedroom guest suite with a private covered porch. Great lake views from almost every room with an easy stroll to the lake.

Swim off the brand new 32x32 Wahoo boathouse with lift for a Tritoon and separate covered port for your fishing boat. Bench lowers to water level for those wishing to be near the water but not in it! Two paddle boards and a kayak are available to use, along with most sizes of life vests. Upstairs you can catch some sun or sit and enjoy the Mountain View. In the afternoon, trees on the property give shade to the dock. Full moon rises over the dock, making for amazing views at night.

Bad weather, do not fear. The home has a whole house generator. If the power goes out, you likely will not even notice. In the basement, there is a desk set up with a hardwired ethernet connection if you need to have a Zoom call or conduct business while on your vacation.

City of Gainesville has a charming downtown square with restaurants, ice cream shops, beer bars (one with a roof top view) and shopping. Our favorite is Recess Southern Gastro Pub.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all trash that goes in the outside container is in a trash bag. Rinse dishes before putting in dishwasher.
If a bed has been used, no need to strip the linens but leave it unmade. Leave used blankets unfolded.
Place any used bathroom towels on the floor of that particular bathroom. Leave swim towels in the room adjacent to the kitchen along with any used kitchen towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not move furniture around, hardwood floors scratch easily. Be sure to put covers on upholstered furniture on main floor and upper porch
PLEASE, no jumping off the upper deck of the boathouse! There are known hazards under the water around our dock.
No wet bathing suits on the furniture, please. Or wet towels.
