The apartment is located in a modern new building, covers 130 m² and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a smart TV with streaming services. All bedrooms and also the large terrace doors are equipped with super modern fly screens, which will keep the mosquitoes, which are here at Lake Constance but numerous, outside and still allow for a fresh draft while sleeping. Freundlicher Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Moderne, funktionale Einrichtung, die gelegentlich Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Medien voraussetzt. Badestrand fußläufig erreichbar. Cons: Hörbare Straßengeräusche der Durchgangsstraße. Die Inneneinrichtung könnte noch Ergänzungen vertragen. Die Wohnung ist toll. Sie ist schön, großzügig geschnitten und modern möbliert. Es mangelte uns an nichts und wir konnten die Regentage (mit 2 Teenagern und Hund) sehr komfortabel und entspannt überbrücken. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und es macht Spaß darin zu kochen. Das WLAN war sehr zuverlässig und schnell, besser als Zuhause. Die Terrasse: der Knaller. Riesengroß und zum Teil überdacht. Mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Hund: Direkt (ca 30m) nach dem Haus beginnen die Felder -optimal zum Gassi gehen . Auch der Weg zum Seezugang lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Zusammengefasst: sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder dort wohnen wollen :-) Cons: Da es von außen einen direkten offenen Zugang auf die Terrasse gibt, mussten wir für den Hund eine Absperrung (mobiler Zaun) anbringen.
