the only issue I had was that the people above us was loud and walking way too heavy for a good long time. We stayed in the smallest room, I'm sure the room above us was probably the same size. How can you be that loud. But other than that I did not have any issues.

If you stay here, get a room on the 3rd floor. I was awaken at 5am by the person above me walking around. The floors are thinly insulated and some genius decided to put down laminate flooring. So you can hear every foot step above you. It is a clean property with a decent price but maybe the most thinly walled place I’ve ever stayed.

Fairly clean. Gentleman at the desk was very friendly. WiFi doesn’t work, and was unable to get assistance with it outside of “restart the device”… my devices say to restart the modem/router. Oh well…Otherwise great place to rest.

I like this property. It is conveniently located near an important intersection in Albertville - which helps when you're ready to leave in the AM. It is a quiet location and quite safe. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The property and the rooms are clean. The bed was quite comfortable. This is my second stay at this location.

I made a reservation for two rooms. The info said I had to cancel by the 15th in order not to be charged. My Am Ex just showed I was charged for one of the rooms. This is not right. I have pneumonia & that’s why I canceled. I believed your info.

We had to wait an hour, the room wasn’t ready. Cleaning ladies were outside smoking. They did not clean the tub well, I had to clean out the drain. Otherwise it was a good stay and we will be back again.

Miss Cathy, I'm so sorry you had to wait for your room. We had a sold-out Saturday, and the housekeepers were doing their best to get rooms back in order. There are only 2 of the room type that you booked. Had they known, they would've done that one first. I hope you can come back and experience a GREAT stay!! Liz & staff
