Ray made our Stay
Ray at the front desk is fantastic and uber professional and made our stay and check in comment worthy. we arrived late on a Saturday night after my wife both ran a 100k race. We were exhausted however Ray’s friendly demeanor was great to experience.

Business Trip
This was a 2 day business trip and space rental for business meeting. Keep up at night from a huge dog barking a few rooms down. Did not know dogs were allowed when I booked. Meeting space not completely set up, and had a musty/moldy smell. The air conditioner had issues and a belt had to be replaced during the meeting. Staff was polite. When it came to the issues it seemed like there was no urgency to find out what was going on. Paid a lot of money for room and space for meeting, but was dissatisfied. Even though it was a Hampton Inn, it was not a Hampton Inn experience.

The curtain wouldn’t work, it was late so we didn’t call the front desk. Really bright parking lot lights shine in all night. Water pressure in shower was very low.

The rooms are all large and very clean. The free breakfast was great. The rooms were otherwise very quiet from side to side, however, not so much from top to bottom.

When I first arrived Ms Tonya was the sweetest person I ever met in the hotels I’ve stayed at, while there she needed some assistance she called some tall black I didn’t even get a name because he was kinda rude and I didn’t appreciate that all! I didn’t even want to talk to him anymore with his smart antic mouth!! But I would give a shout-out to Ms Tonya keep up the good work the 2 nights we were there , she made she everything was accommodating! Also the elderly lady that works breakfast she’s a sweetheart love her attitude I don’t east pork she went to the back and made some turkey sausage for me and my fiancée!! Great job ladies! Hotels need more people like you!

The AC started to whistle for 2 nights of the 4 nights I stayed. Floors must be thin. I could hear the person above me walking around quite a bit during the night. Room was clean and that was nice.
