Any port in a storm will do, but I wouldn't stay at a Cabinn property again. It was as advertised, but I didn't care for it. I had to park a long distance from the hotel. It's compact and not really very comfortable. Breakfast was not very good. The weather was warm, so I opened my window. Underneath my window was the designated smoking area, which was very popular, resulting in my room stinking of smoke and having to deal with loud talk until late in the night. Hotel was clean and safe. It was what it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. I just wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent value
Whilst I understand the business concept, and for 99 out of 100 it works well, being of slightly larger dimensions I found the bathroom a bit cramped. Apart from that the hotel was absolutely fine. Also very convenient for the station.

The top bunk bed didn't have any sort of guardrails to protect someone from rolling right over the bed. We were apprehensive about using the top bunk for that reason. We also have to be very careful to use the ladder to reach the top bunk bed as it is very straight and steep.

Convenient location right by station and close to town. Tiny room but clean and comfortable beds. Shower not great but overall perfect for our one night stay.

The hotel is nice. The room are (very) small (like in a cabin). There is no clean service in the rooms and this sounds to me not appropriate. I was staying for work but I would not suggest it for tourism. Btw the position is very OK. Close to the train station and to the city center.

Small but good
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Cutting our stay short wasn't an issue and unused nights were refunded no problem. The room got everything you need but can feel very small. Especially the bathroom is extremely tiny and reminds of a airplane lavatory.

This hotel is exactly what I needed....its clean, quiet, comfortable beds, nice location to the city center and train station, and great breakfast. Its a solid hotel!

Do not stay here during heatwave
Sengen var skæv i den ene side ud mod rummet, så jeg havde fornemmelsen af at trille ned på gulvet. Værelset (og alt andet undtagen receptionen) var kogende varmt. AC - eller hvad det nu var - havde ingen effekt overhovedet. Jeg kunne godt finde på at overnatte her om vinteren, men aldrig mere under en hedebølge.

Functional, but fine
CABINN is a well established hotel chain in Denmark. Don't expect the comfort of a major hotel: the rooms have bunkbeds and are quite small. However what you get for your money is a very convenient location - the Odense CABINN is literally next to the railway station and a short walk from the old town which is stuffed full of attractions. Wi-Fi was strong and efficient. The TV was good with a choice of 10 channels and though the bathroom is functional (you have to remember to switch the shower and tap controls as you need them), the shower was good. Breakfast is provided and is good for what you pay for, with social distancing measures in place.
