This property has an excellent sun exposure throughout the day and meets all the conditions for a memorable holiday for two. In this property of large areas, soft and harmonious tones, you will find a suite, with natural light that fills the space, transmits a warm and welcoming environment. In this area, there is also a wardrobe, air conditioning, private bathroom with bathtub and access to the balcony that offers an incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean. In the living room, there is a seating area, with sofa, cable TV and a dining area. Through the living room there is access to the bedroom and to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for the meal preparation throughout the stay. There is also a guest WC available. Outside, the balcony with a stunning sea view invites you to enjoy the space, with two nice sitting areas. Take a coffee break, read a book, listen to your favourite music or enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine and a cheese board. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental, in the luxury condominium Madeira Palace Residences, near the centre of Funchal. Quiet area, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find Fórum Madeira shopping centre, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services. If you choose to go to the centre of the city of Funchal know that there are several points of tourist interest and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island. Views were to die for so spent a lot of time gazing out to sea and enjoying the changing colours in the sky at sunset with drinks on the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and fresh. I loved waking up to the sound of the sea. Getting down to the beach which we could see was a bit tricky if you have any mobility issues. One of us had an achilles problem. Three swimming pools to choose from but very cold!!! In a residential area so not as touristy and busy as other parts. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Easy to get transport into Funchal and back to the airport. We liked the spacious living room, the well-equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine), the cozy bed and the outstanding view from the balcony. You can enjoy the sunset with pool/sea view and the first thing you hear in the morning is the sound of the sea. The parking garage was right across the floor and comfortably accessible. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was not crowded at all. The location is just outstanding. Few steps to the Forum shopping center, the promenade coast walk to Funchal or Camara de Lobos. Aufgrund der hohen Hotelpreise haben wir uns bei fast gleichem Preis für das Madeira Palace entschieden und alles richtig gemacht. Die Wohnung ist modern, rießig und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine, extra Gästetoillette, Wäschespinne, Staubsauger - alles da! Vernünftig große Schränke, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Reinigungsmittel sowie Salz & Pfeffer war alles da. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick und Schaukelstuhl, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und sogar ein Gym und mehrere Pools in der Anlage. Gegenüber ist auch ein größerer und guter Supermarkt. Hier kriegt man sehr viel mehr für sein Geld als im Hotel. Bei der Ankunft stellten wie fest das unterhalb der Wohnanlage direkt am Meer Bauarbeiten statt finden. Mo.- Sa. 8:00 - 18:00 Uhr sehr lautes quitschen von Baggern und Bsustellenfahrzeugen. Da die Fensterfront kein Isolierglas hat und auf der rechten Seite ein Spalt ca.2 cm Breite zur Wand hatte war es auch in der Wohnung sehr laut. Wir haben uns durch die Lautstärke sehr unwohl gefühlt. Aufenthalt am Pool nur mit Baulärm möglich Entspannung Fehlanzeige. In unmittelbarer befinden sich 2 weitere Großbaustellen.
