This property features a living room, with air conditioning, sofa bed, cable TV (AppleTV) and a space, separately, with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A bathroom with bathtub is available. Through the living room there is access to a nice balcony, where you can enjoy the view over the city and the sea, while having a coffee. This property is prepared to host a maximum of 3 people. Lift available in the building. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the flat. Small parking outside, reserved for guests. AREA Property located in the city centre, about 600 metres from Funchal Marina, a 2-minute walk from Quinta das Cruzes Museum, Santa Clara’s Church and Convent, Frederico de Freitas House-Museum, and a 5-minute walk from Pico Fortress and the Cathedral. Funchal's Ecological Park is 5 km away, and Madeira International Airport is 14 km away. Casa Santa Clara is close to La Vie shopping centre, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services. Also, in the Funchal’s city centre there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. The keys were handed over to us personally and we were shown the apartment. The late arrival of our plane was fortunately no problem. Our very friendly contact person was also available during the trip in Funchal. The apartment is nice and modern and fully equipped. There are 2 balconies, but we only used the one with sea view. From there you can also watch the cruise ships coming in and out. The apartment on the 5th floor is super located, away from the hotel zone.
