"Beautiful hotel. Situated by Kuma River, the sound of the water and the view from the room overlooking the river is giving peace and tranquility. Absolutely loved the quality of the onsen, which reminded me of the reddish colour and the mineral deposits from that of Tokachigawa onsen. We were served with yummy continental breakfast, but hoped half board would be an option on the booking site. A supermarket is right across the road. Lovely staff, always smiley."

"This was ok for one night. Road noise was a bit loud, but they provided ear plugs which was nice. I was put in the unit attached to the check in office and next to smoking area which was not ideal. Nice staff, comfy bed. "

"The living arrangements were in the character of traditional Japanese style with every amenity. Architecturally very Japanese with a beautiful outdoor garden for viewing. Traditional bathing setup and the host was attentive and friendly. "
