Beautifully appointed hotel with quality furnishings and fittings superb huge bed . Spacious rooms and social area's. A bit of maintenance required but nothing in your face. Friendly and helpful staff the room always clean and immaculate. Lovely surroundings Lovely restaurant with good food. It's a golf hotel so the emphasise is on golf leaving something to do for non golfers a bit lacking. The tennis court is for paddle tennis which is a bit weird but you are discouraged from playing it by being charged 20 euro's per hour. Probably because of it's inappropriate location next to the pool area. The only other criticism is that the air con in our room was barely adequate. Great hotel, loved our time there, can't say the same about Fuertenfura.

The hotel is in lovely grounds and the rooms are a good size, comfy bed and large bathroom. The big downside on this hotel is that if you think you are going to a 5* hotel and will experience 5* food, you will be very disappointed. The breakfast is ok... not great. I have been to 4* and had far superior. Dinner main course is pretty good, starter buffet is grossly overpriced for what you get but is “ok”. The desserts on the other hand are beyond bad in every way. They are poorly presented, cheap bought in rubbish and what little is made in house I’d so bad and looks terrible. We visited a few 3* and 4* hotels nearby and the comparison on quality and presentation was huge. If you like good food, go to one of the other Elba 4* hotels !

Th staff always go the extra mile and could not be any more accommodating. Food is great and the selection is more than enough. The location is 15 minutes taxi ride from the import and is the easiest way to get there. It is a quiet hotel, which is very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and return ourselves.

This is a fantastic hotel. If you are after a peaceful relaxing, quiet yet well-appointed hotel, this is great value. The location is excellent just 10-15 minutes and 18 euros in a taxi from the airport. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach, shops and supermarket, however the hotel runs an hourly shuttle bus to Caleta via the other large hotels in the area. We have stayed twice and loved both visits. Staff are delightful and we received plenty of complimentary drinks and other treats during our stay. We stayed b&b first time around but opted for half board for an extra 2 euros each per night. That gave us 3 course dinners for the week for £25! Rooms are spacious- separate bath and shower and double sinks in the very large bathroom. Huge bed and lovely balcony overlooking the golf course, hills and sea. V quiet air con. Pool is fab, no fighting for sunbeds, no getting up at the crack of dawn either as you aren’t allowed to reserve them, not that it gets hugely busy anyway. We also got served fresh fruit by the pool in the morning and afternoon which is a lovely touch. I’m not a golfer but the course looked lovely and didn’t seem hugely busy either. Very well maintained. Nice gym on site. The staff are just lovely throughout and pay attention to detail. Highly recommended for couples who want a nice romantic week or two in the sun. Not really a party hotel so not for those wanting a lot of nightlife. Very accessible hotel too, step free access to all areas.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Only let down by really poor quality toiletries and lack of iron in the hotel. These 2 things could be sorted quickly to bring up to the standard of the Sheraton

Beautiful Hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, ours had a balcony with a lovely view over the golf course down to the sea. We loved the pool area, spa, Patrick playing the piano whilst eating and then singing in the piano bar after dinner. The hotel isn’t massive and being adult only makes it quite quiet as it is also set away from the local town ( to which there is a free shuttle bus hourly). If we had a complaint it is the food which isn’t 5 star and the service particularly at breakfast is somewhat chaotic. But we would return.

Rarely do we go to the same place, but this is our second visit in 18 months to this hotel. Everything about it is fantastic. It is immaculate, the rooms are spacious, food is plentiful and of an excellent quality and the staff can not be faulted. Nothing is too much trouble. Being at an adult only hotel feels more relaxing and Cava at breakfast was an added bonus too.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and overlooked the golf course which is adjacent to the hotel. There is a driving range also adjacent to the hotel. The swimming pool area was nice The hotel restaurant served a good choice of food at breakfast and the dinner menu had an abundant choice of dishes, with a self service starter buffet and sweet course. Although we did not use it there is an in house spa and a gym. The hotel also runs daily walks, exercise and stretching classes for guests.

Great stay
My wife and I had a really relaxing holiday at this hotel. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment. We are not golfers but enjoyed breakfast looking out over the course. We hired a car for the length of our stay and enjoyed exploring the island.

A peaceful hotel stay
This was a late booking that was well worth it. Located In a quiet area. With complimentary bus to the beach. The room and large balcony over looking the golf course and the facilities are lovely. The staff were very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed water aerobic and walks. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a peaceful holiday.

I'll definitely be back
I love the Elba Palace. I know a lot of people stay because of the golf course, but for me it's either to completely chill away from everything, or alternatively as a place to stay when I'm working in the area. It has a very relaxing ambience, feels very luxurious and the staff are very helpful. I like the fact that it's a smaller hotel - there seems to be a higher than normal staff to guest ratio.

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel can't say enough about it the staff are all lovely and so helpful breakfast is amazing plenty to choose from then a la cart dinner is brilliant lots to choose from the hotel is 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and beech fine chance to walk dinner off!!!!!!! There are always plenty of sun beds available and a brilliant golf course on site can't wait to return

A 5 star stay
everything from the moment we checked in was excellent. The reception staff were extreemlyhelpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant and bar staff were the same. The houshold staff were second to none and very pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious, balcony a tad on the small size but ample for 2 to sit outside on. The bed was the biggest I have slept in and relativly comfortable, the facilities were again not wanting in any department from the free WiFi to the complementary dresing gowns and slippers. Only one downfall, all the sockets in the room were being used for something, lamps TV etc which meant that you had to rearrange a few items to use a socket and the wardrobes are a stange design with the hanging facility on one side not deep enough for even a shirt to hang freely. Food in the restaurant was very good. We were half board, the breakfast buffet was very good with the exception of the sausages and bacon (needs improving) but the rest was very good. The evening meal was a buffet starter (or al la carte for a small charge) the choice was exceptional and very varied each day. The mains were exceptional and a great choice plus a fantastic wine list. The outdoor facilities around the pool were ample even if the hotel has full ocupancy everyone could have a sunbed with shade if needed (no getting down early to save a space) and poolside towels are provided which is a must nowdays with the baggage weight restrictions on most flights.

A lovely hotel, no too many rooms so it meant that you felt like you had some space to relax around the pool or in the courtyard without feeling on top of your fellow guests. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of any requests. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful Luxury Hotel
My partner and I who are in our early 20s, stayed here this July. We were incredibly impressed, the reviews we read and photos provided were all accurate, it is a beautiful hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms and grounds are lovely, our balcony overlooked the pool and gardens. The food was excellent but it is definitely worth booking half board as it looked very pricey if you hadn't gone for it included. The atmosphere at dinner was lovely, smart dress, a good excuse to dress up a bit, we had a live singer each night who was fantastic and it was a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provides a shuttle coach throughout the day to take you into the town which was great, we took it to the shopping centre each day and walked along the beach for lunch and cocktails in the town which are very reasonably priced. All in all it was a fantastic holiday at a very reasonable price and we will definitely be returning.

We found this hotel to be beautifully furnished and decorated, always clean. And all the staff were well trained and could not do too much to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Disappointing 5* more like a 4*
Good welcome on arrival and first impression of hotel was good The room we were allocated was large with a lovely bathroom both well furnished however the balcony was small and didn't have the golf course view that we had booked and paid extra for, the view we had was of palm trees! The linen on the bed was clean however the sheet had a hole in it. Air con was useless and what with the view we complained as was moved to another room. The next room overlooked the golf course however was smaller in size and needed re-decorating. The wallpaper was badly stained, lamp shades were marked and dirty in places, the shower door was badly fitted therefore water leaked onto the floor. Both bedside lamps were risky to use, move or touch the wires and they went on and off! Good mini bar which we used as a fridge.There was plenty of wardrobe/drawer spaces, good tea making facility and comfy chair (but only 1). Condition of bed linen always clean however there were holes again in a sheet and pillowcase. As all rooms had tiled floors you could hear people walking around in the rooms above, below and adjacent also doors closing which was extremely annoying. The food was of a good quality however repetative especially as we were staying for 10 days. The restaurants were clean with plenty of choice for seating. The pool is very small however lots of sun beds available but these were quite grubby. The area around the pool was only washed once during our 10 day stay

Ideal adult only Hotel. Peaceful location.
As we already new the island, but not the Hotel, we were surprised by the warmth of the staff and hotel atmosphere.

Stunning hotel in tranquil setting
Perfect hotel for couples - we will definitely go back! This is a fantastic hotel, 15 minutes walk from the golden beach and Atlantico shopping mall in Caleta De Fuste. It is another 15 minute walk into the town centre, but there is a free hotel bus running on an hourly circuit around the resort. The hotel is in traditional style, but is relatively new. We had a double room on the first floor, the least expensive room available, but it was large and well appointed - 7' wide bed! The bathroom was large with separate shower and bath, 2 sinks and screened off toilet/bidet area. The patio was also large, overlooking the golf course and gardens and had 2 luxury sunbeds and a cafe style table and chairs with plenty of room. All guestrooms open into a courtyard with plenty of seating and open areas around. Free wifi worked well. There is a golf course on site which looked great. We loved our stay. This is not a huge hotel like many of the others in this resort, so service is very personal. It still offers the luxury that you would expect from a large 5 star resort hotel. The facilities are super, with restaurant, bar and cafe on site as well as a spa and golf shop. The pool area is lovely and we never struggled to find a sunbed - in fact there seem to be more beds than guests! It made for a refreshing change - no running out at 7 in the morning to put your towel down! We had a few meals in the hotel. It was lovely. We paid just as much in some of the other restaurants in town

Happy
On arrival we were happily surprise with our choice of hotel. We were greeted with a friendly smile and glass of prosecco which made us feel very welcome. The hotel was perfect for a chilled vibe if you're looking for peace and quiet. There were only two downsides. Our room air conditioning/heating did not work. Also to get to the nearest town a taxi is needed so can be quiet costly on transfers. However the hotel does run a shuttle and certain times during the day.

Attentive Staff, true luxury, worth the full board, free shuttle to other hotels, shopping and beach.

Relaxing, welcoming and enjoyable.
The size of the hotel meant that a relatively small number of guests filled it, however it was not reflected in the service. The buffet breakfast and dinner were always well attended and we felt well looked after. If I had to moan about anything it would be the level of staff at busy lunchtimes when there were extra guests from the golf thus making the service from the kitchen quite slow. The rooms would benefit from mosquito nets on the doors so they could be left open at night as the air conditioning in the winter months is on reduced power. All in all we had a very relaxing and enjoyable week and would return. The option to have dinner as part of our half board deal in two other restaurants nearby was also a nice touch and much appreciated.
