Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone!"
