Situated in the building Promosol with parking and walking distance to everything. The apartment consists of a living room furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and TV. From here you have access to a super nice very well protected terrace, covered and with glass curtains that you can close completely or keep open, with beautiful sea views, dining table for all your meals and another smaller cozy sofa. Fully fitted independent kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with a bunk bed. 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with a walk in shower.. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. We provide all bed linen and towels. There are ramps and lifts in the building, the community is gated with an open air parking with enough spaces for everyone and a full time concierge. The apartment is located on the 7 km long promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around thanks to the privileged climate. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples.
