This apartment is located in the heart of Paseo Marítimo Rey de España.

This nice apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.

Its located on the 13th floor, walking distance to everything.

In Las Palmeras you will find everything you need. It has everything necessary for the stay of guests, surrounded by stores, restaurants, bars. The building is front line beach to the Marina and 2 min from the train station, bus, bars and supermarkets.

Fuengirola is perfectly located on the Costa del Sol, outside Malaga. It takes about 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport and only 30 minutes to Marbella and 10 minutes to La Cala or Riviera.

Is a perfect complex for holidays because of its perfect location. Pool opening can vary from season to season. Please ask before booking if it is open.

The location of the property is very well situated being very near the main bus station and the train station as well as having direct access to the sea front and promenade.The apartment is functional and reasonably well appointed with good kitchen facilities to enable simple meal preparation.A good size TV although without access to live TV stations except a few which were available via apps.Security is good.I found the property useful as a base to explore other areas along the Costa del Sol by bus, train or on foot.Via Google Maps larger supermarkets, local markets, Hypermarkets and commercial centres are within east reach.
