La camera che ho utilizzato era la 7, ampia con una vista sui monti e sui tetti con la magnifica torre avvolta dai rampicanti, silenziosa ed il letto era comodo. È una tripla, con un bagno piccolo ma completo. Il ristorante interno è utile, specie per le serate fredde... Ma le sorprese non mancano. Sapevo del ceck-in alle ore 15 ma comunque arrivo alle 13 convinto di trovare il ristorante aperto e invece il servizio ristorante e' solo a cena ma nei vari siti questo non l'avevo visto scritto. Per di più l'intero hotel e' chiuso fino alle 15 ora del ceck-in. Mai vista una cosa del genere in altri hotel a 2 stelle. Il soggiorno in camera mi ha fatto trovare la tavoletta del wc traballante, il box doccia davvero scomodo per apertura e chiusura poiché non funzionava bene, e una disposizione dei sanitari discutibile. Il phone non è' presente in camera, va richiesto ed è' gratis. È' mancata la pressione dell'acqua fredda per varie ore nell'intero soggiorno e una doccia l'ho dovuta fare bollente. La colazione e' a livello delle stelle dell'hotel. Il servizio ristorante e' molto buono. We were traveling through Italy and wanted to visit San Marino. We arrived later than the checkin. Because we called earlier it was no problem. The staff was great! Very welcoming and helpful. The village is simply beautiful! It is a very relaxing and friendly place. The room was clean and welcoming. The bed was extremly comfortable. L'albergo era una cosa secondaria onestamente. Ho scelto Frontino perchè da qui facilmente si raggiunge Passo della Cantoniera e il Cippo di Carpegna per le escursioni e del trekking. L'albergo è posizionato al centro di Frontino, di proprietà comunale ma dato in gestione. La nostra camera era nel sottotetto, aveva un bagno piccolo con doccia minuscola (l'acqua era tiepida). Detto ciò, ripeto, l'albergo non era la nostra prima necessità ma se dovessi soggiornarvi con la famiglia farei delle specifiche richieste. La colazione è di livello standard e alle brioches (anche se non fresche) è sempre meglio dargli una scaldata prima di servirle. Gli ambienti sono ampi come la sala ristorante e la sala colazione, il WIfi funzionava solo in una sala dedicata dove c'era un grande ambiente con divani e televisione. Il personale è gentile. Nel complesso gli do una sufficienza. ##### Marco ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 28 Apr 2015 #### il punto forte è sicuramente la location la struttura sorge a Frontino, un piccolissimo borgo tra le verdi colline marchigiane. è l'unico hotel e ristorante del paesino. non si può non rimanere estasiati dalla location e la cordialità del titolare è molto apprezzabile. veniamo alle note negative: i muri sono piuttosto sottili ed è piuttosto difficile dormire dopo le 6.30 .... la stanza non è male, bella la vista sui tetti del borgo. la vera nota dolente è il bagno. sciacquone un po' precario, doccia con lo scarico direttamente nelle piastrelle, c'è da lavorarci su! colazione discreta, ma qualche volta basterebbe evitare le tovaglie di carta per prendere qualche punto in più, no?!? ##### Verified traveller ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 2 Apr 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Posto accogliente, stanza molto bella e pulita.
