We had an issue and the staff was very helpful, caring and responsive. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location was ideal for us and we would definitely stay there again

The Spyhouse Coffee House on the first floor is worth the stay. The restaurant bar was fantastic. The location is perfect for walking to the North Loop, Washington Ave., the theaters, US Bank Stadium - you name it!

My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had.
