Eco friendly thermostat left us cold a few times by automatically going down into the 50's. There is no way to cook breakfast without the hallway smoke alarm going off so we had to open the slider and front door. The clubhouse is nice but my son was disappointed that the fitness room was just a spare room in the clubhouse with a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. Property has not been updated in many many years and it is quite small not to mention the flights of stairs to carry your bags and groceries up to the room from garage. Not all hotubs were working therefore they were overly crowded with kids and a bunch of men getting drunk and carrying on, not suitable for children due to foul language. Lastly, the property management company hit us with a cleaning fee that was in addition to what is disclosed on this site so the owners changed the contract without any prior knowledge until we checked in.
