"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. "Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean"
