"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "There's 2 coffee mugs. You better not have more than 2 people who want some coffee. The fridge was leaking. I called to report it as soon as we got there. No one showed up or called. We just had a lake in our room on & off for 5 days."

"Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. Evreything else was perfect!"

"The Condo and property was beautiful. The beach was not what we were expecting, not great for swimming but still nice to walk on. The local restaurants were awesome. Shopping at Hilton Head was great as well. "
