Hotel staff was by far one of friendliest and most helpful staff I've come across. Everything from check-in, local area information to the restaurant staff was superb.

Dear Paul. Sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the room. We think our comfort rooms are authentic, and every room looks different. This, because we are located in the former Postal Office. It's a matter of taste, isn't it? If you are looking for more space you can upgrade to a Deluxe or Superior room.

Fantastic hotel!
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, modern, well located hotel. We have stayed in 20+ hotels on this vacation and The Post Grand Cafe hotel has been our absolute favourite!!! We had a beautiful room that was spacious and had a super shower. The cafe and restaurant were lovely. There was secure indoor parking for our bikes. We could walk to the centre of town. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Stay over in a Post Office
Was very good. Service and conditions. A few things which can be better. Always room to get things better ☺️ Accomodation is very nice, historic. Overall a good experience.

Great location, lovely atmosphere
The hotel is beautiful and well located. However we had an unfortunate check-in procedure where the wrong room was allocated to us and was only noticed at a later stage when we were in the middle of a museum visit. Half of our things were taken out of the room the pother half stayed there. In the end it worked out but it was inconvenient and weird. The staff made up for it with a nice drink on the house and were very apologetic - so good service!

Our stay at the Post Plaza Hotel was for one night only and it was lovely. Our superior room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom offered a large comfortable bathtub and a separate rain shower. The room also provided a coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and safe. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including some warm options like freshly made eggs. We have no complaints. Our stay here was completely enjoyable.

Lamps dusty but otherwise a clean hotel as it was recently renovated. Elevator doors could do with a proper cleaning. Anyway details, I would recommend the hotel anyway, if it weren't for the poor restaurant.

Great Hotel
The Hotel was nice, great atmosphere, great staff, central location, but still quite. Hotel restaurant did not match the hotel standard. Food was okay, but staff seemed untrained and all was very slow. We would stay there again, but find another restaurant.

A great place where I was upgraded, the food was good as was the ambience and cleanliness. The only issue is really on parking which is not immediately in the front of the hotel but a drive around several blocks to get to the rear where the car park is and the other problem is that you have to reserve parking due to the limited spaces available.

The staff could be a bit warmer or friendly. We wanted a breakfast menu not the Buffett and it seemed we were not sure how they know you don’t want the buffet. Our room developed a horrible smell the second evening. We did not report but slept with window open as we didn’t want to change rooms that late in our stay. When reporting it we thought staff had an opportunity to offer us the hotel water bottle we were purchasing because of the horrible smell we reported. Would have been a nice way to deal with that issue... to compensate/acknowledge with a small gesture of some kind

Second year staying at the Post-Plaza. We love it! Beautiful clean and well appointed room. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and food is top notch! Hope to be back next year!

The front desk staff was friendly and she gave us a tour. The rooms were huge and luxurious and for the price you cant beat it! It was amazing to be able to rent bikes right from the hotel. Also, the grand cafe buffet breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel!
