The property was very nice. Did have ants in bathroom and toilet wasn’t good to flush but everything else was excellent. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful!

Beautiful property with gardens & a variety of plants. The view of the harbor is lovely with a walking path right across the street. The room was lovely, as was the pool & hot tub! Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful.

The Loft Suite was very clean and comfortable. It had a great view of the water. The buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff were very welcoming. Plus you are walking distance to a lot of awesome stores.

The hotel failed to let us know prior to the booking that the room we reserved was not for dogs when the booking instructions did not include any information on such. Not only was the process lengthy at check in because the staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing—They ended up downgrading our room to the last pet friendly room they had available which was far different from the executive suite we had initially planned staying in. The room was extremely dirty, noisy, had no view, and felt like we were staying at a low end motel. My partner and I both agreed if we had known prior that these were the only kind of rooms available for people with pets we would have never chosen to stay here in the first place—we kind of felt scammed out of our initial room considering we had paid more to be in a nicer space. Very dissapointed to say the least and would not stay here again.

We understand that pets are valued family members, and our aim is to accommodate them as comfortably as we do our human guests. It seems you did not let us know that you were bringing your pet to the hotel, after realizing you had your dog with you, we happily changed your room to a pet friendly one. Only our Newcastle and Buckingham rooms on the first floor are pet friendly. None of our suites are allowed to have pets in them. The room that you were assigned had a city view and was inspected for any dirt by our Executive Housekeeper. In regards to the "downgrade" of your room, we compensated your stay by taking money off your already highly discounted rate.If you decide to stay with us again and are bringing your pet please let us know before hand so we may have a pet friendly room for you. Room was clean and complete with mini kitchen. Parking is reasonable and easy. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Friendly, helpful staff, very good free breakfast, clean new rooms, adjustable heat, walkable. When I got there with my 89 year old mother we were told there was no parking left and that the only other overnight parking was many blocks away and went to daily parking rates at 6 am. It took us a couple of hours to figure out that street parking is free from 8 pm to 8am. It would have been helpful to know that at the start. There are rough elements, homelessness and addiction nearby, but it is downtown, it seems every downtown is like that now. Apart from that, the staff was helpful and friendly, we had everything we needed, including indoor parking on the second day.

We loved staying at the Huntingdon Manor Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfasts were hot and varied (something for everyone). It was a three block walk to the Inner Harbour and a 5-6 block walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. There were several restaurants within a five block radius. The parking was $15/night but easy to access.

Convenient and staff are amazing. Yale one of the server, goes beyond her job when she listened the concerned and resolved issue fast with compassion and respect. Nice place with history staff ok not the best one individual couldn’t understand him well about parking that I paid for, when they reached me I almost felt like a school child being scolded. The room was nice hot shower with good pressure. The bed was hard and asked about a topper if they had one I was looked at as foreigner the Pedaly I was told the discount would be applied but check came to table with out took 15 min to get it straight
