Room Phone didn't work. Nightstand Clock didn't work. Observed 2 each Cockroaches in the bathroom area. Bed(s) were noisy, "Creaky" & too firm. Furniture looks very worn out.

There are better options for the price. Rude staff
1. manager yelled at us to get our cats out. when we said we thought it was pet friendly, she stated only for dogs and to get the cats out or leave 2. dirty bedding, smelly room of weed and cigarettes, not clean. 3. broken furniture, hard beds, broken tv mount. Overall, won't stay there again. would say you get what you pay for however, it was costly for what you get.

Disappointing personal stay.
I love Best Western Hotel chains. This stay was not the usual standard I usually experience. I never complain so I feel bad even sharing this.. The hotel grounds and landscaping in the front are beautiful. The pool area is inviting. I stayed in the back building which I would not recommend. The hotel advertises free breakfast but the restaurant is closed and they offered no voucher for a free breakfast or brought in any breakfast from elsewhere. They advertised hairdryers in the room but I had none. The smoke monitor was off the wall and put in a drawer by previous guests in order to smoke I guess in the room. The neighbors next door were screaming and yelling all night long one night which kept everyone up in the building with no security to stop them. I suspect they were running an illegal business. The rate was good so I cannot complain there. I recommend you ask for a room up in the front part of the building away from the hubbub in the back buildings.

The room could have been vacuumed a little better, was it even vacuumed recently? I found pet food on the floor/carpeting and I don't have a pet. Also, quite a gap at the bottom of the door. May want to look into that. Breakfast? Really? No fruit or cereal options? Just store bought pastry rolls, bread for toast, OJ & coffee. Pretty sad. I stayed at Super 8's before and the others got you beat hands down!

The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The room was clean and we felt safe in this area. Breakfast was minimal with danishes and toast along with tea or coffee. The price was good since I was only spending one night to visit a relative. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over many years. While it is not fancy it is comfortable and is in a convenient location. My only issue on this stay was that the pool wasn’t open.
