A perfect quiet stay along Hwy 99 near Fresno. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was a plus and staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was amazing! The room was perfect for my husband and I for an overnight stay. Should we come back to Fresno in the future, we will most definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and in perfect order upon arriving to our room. Thank for you for your hospitality!

While I was in town for business, the internet was down for most of the evening. Additionally, the TV was not working during my visit. The heater emitted a smell that indicates the filter needs to be changed..

Stayed here twice while visiting from out of town. Convenient location. Close to food, 99, and waterpark. Also short drive to riverwalk shops and theatre. Pretty quiet, staff friendly, continental breakfast good and they have a waffle maker.

It was god friendly respect that the do not desturb sign was up they didn’t bother I left it 2 days straight and the 3 day I took it off and they showed up took care of everything tv stopped working at night when I left in the morning for some breakfast they asked if it was ok to fix it I said sure got back good to go I was pleased

Pictures much better than reality. Breakfast was VERY LAME - shows hot pans and fruit (you assume in hot pans eggs/bacon/sausage) BUT NONE AVAILABLE. Wear to facility is high - get a maintenance person!

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Hotel was nice and quiet. Small negatives: An uncomfortable shower due to a bad shower head and sandpaper bath towels. Breakfast was in desperate need of some protein: waffles, cereal and sweet rolls give me the tremors.

The hotel should have been good. The room was a good size, the mattress was comfortable and the mirror was clean. However no maintenance has been done and the place is in bad shape. Nothing works properly and the bathroom is terrible. The staff underwhelming. Too bad to let a hotel fall into disrepair like that.
