Overall

Staff was exceptional. The buffet was a treat. The two young people working the dining room were absolutely amazing! You are very lucky to have Patrick and the young lady ( sorry I forgot her name) in the dining room. Remarkable sweet, hard working. Hotels need more people like those two. I will definitely stay there next time I come to Fresno!

Old, upkeep lacking, sketchy area,

Posted 23-Apr-2017
Pros: front desk was nice
Cons: security, update rooms,
Location: lock your self in
Lets see...smoke throughout hall ways...ice machines don't work......husband and wife brawls outside room at midnight....car robberies.....other than that it was ok

Put in a room facing the very busy street...

Posted 18-Apr-2017
Pros: Nothing.
If you're tired and really want a rest between flights, this is probably not the place for you. Busy street outside the window, very loud. I told the very nice desk girl how tired I was when I checked in. I was given a room up the stairs ( no elevator) and down a very long hallway. Was then up at the crack of dawn due to the street noise.

Hotel was a great location for airport work. The bar and restaurant were both great

Pros: Besides things mentioned above, food in the dining room/bar is surprisingly good and the breakfast is too (breakfast quesadilla easily serves 2).
Cons: The hotel is quite large and meandering. Now that I've been there a few times I can find may way inside fairly well but initially I was very confused
Location: Mostly I've used the hotel for airport connections but it could also be a good staging area for a day trip to Yosemite combined with one to Sequoia NP
Perfect place to stay for an early morning departure (6am flight) from the airport right across the street or for an unexpectedly late arrival to same! I once had a delayed connecting flight from San Francisco that landed at 3 a.m. and I just couldn't drive another 75 minutes on East Coast sleep! Their shuttle starts at 4 am. Very friendly staff at the desk, beds are comfortable and rates are reasonable.

Glad it was so close to the airport.

Pros: Close to the airport.
Location: It was very handy for us as we were using the airport early the next morning.
Very nice. Easy to get to. Nice atmosphere. Good food in the restaurant.
