I stayed here for 5 days and not once was my roomed cleaned. The pillow cases smelled like they had not been washed or at least washed properly. I had to take out my own trash and do my own bed everyday.

It was a good place to stay, we were on the first floor. We had a sliding a sliding glass door that led to the indoor pool. The only downside to the hotel is the side doors wouldn’t open when you slide your card to open it.

Property gives good value for a fair price. Clean, tidy, and quiet, except for occasional aircraft noise. (It’s right across the street from airport). Commercial planes, not so much noise, military craft will capture your attention. Nothing real fancy here (except indoor swim pools, when available), but good solid values when traveling.

Over all, I'm grateful for my stay. However, there were things that will cause me to look in other places next trip such as over worn, carpeting that looks to be replaced. Bed blankets had holes.

Short, easy walk to airport. Friendly staff, great toiletries, breakfast was good. I booked it because I wanted onsite food & beverage, also the indoor pool & hot tub. The restaurant & bar are closed Sunday & Monday (the days I was there) which is not stated anywhere. Being close to the airport, there are no restaurants nearby. The hot tub is out of order & pool is not heated. There is no shuttle as stated but it is faster to walk than it would be to drive. The website needs to be updated to reflect these things. Decent place to stay when you have a flight to catch.

We were on the second floor, and there was no elevator. The WiFi was horrible didn’t reach our room. The pool was nice but it’s not heated and the jacuzzi was out of service. So that sucked. The hotel felt safe and clean. The breakfast was average. Staff took a long time to check everyone in and out. Overall an average hotel probably 3.5 out of 5. For the price it was good.

Entrance to the rooms was limited to the main lobby so I had to park my car a distance from my room and walk in with my luggage. Had to limit my travel to daylight since I was traveling alone.

I asked for another blanket because I was cold. They told me there weren't any extra blankets? Really, the whole hotel doesn't have a stock room with extra beddings and EVERY room was occupied and so no one couldn't go into one to take a blanket from there? No vent in the bathroom...why? We won't be staying there during any of our future visits unless we are given a complimentary stay or some kind of refund.

Older facility across street from Fresno Airport offers good nights rest. Rooms are nice and refurbished up to date and are clean. Building could use some updating and clean up to be competitive however, painting exterior was undergoing while I was there. Staff is friendly, especially girls who handle check-in, always smiling and laughing while they take of your needs. Inside by the pool, the foliage is so dense you feel like you’re staying at Disneyland. No elevator is available so pack lightly. No restaurants are nearby although property has one on-site it’s operating schedule is sometimes sketchy. For being next to airport, it is refreshingly quiet most of the time, but summer brings large crowds, hot weather, and increased noise levels near indoor pool. Overall, a good value in the budget category. Plenty of parking available.
