Front desk lady was not very nice to me about not being able to use my Hilton Rewards.

Nice, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Myself, my young daughters and their friend were all in downtown Fresno for a concert. Afterwards I was too tired to do the 3 Hour drive home and booked a room at Doubletree. The staff was so friendly and the girl checking me in even went out of her way to give me a quiet room up in the corner so that I could get some sleep after my long day with the girls. my only complaint is that the waterfall inside the hotel smelled badly of bleach. If they get rid of that smell it'll be the perfect hotel

Was impressed with the hotel design. The room was a little small but still clean. Convenient for being only a walking distance from the convention center. There was only one person at the front desk to check in. So there was a long line

Great place-noisy location.

Too bad all the king suites are on the side of the railroad tracks-noisy throughout sleep hours.
