This hotel cancelled my reservation I made months in advance due to a “glitch”, left me without a place to stay after a day long flight in a new town where I didnt know anyone and didnt have a care in the world the hell they put me through and offered no help at all in fixing it. This hotel should be brought up on charges for putting people through this kind of hell, it’s the nightmare travel scenario. Making someone desperately search at 11pm for a room so that myself and my wife wouldnt have to sleep in our car is outrageous. To top it all off it was “biker rally” weekend in Fresno and the only hotel I could get on short notice had bikers blasting music out front and cops walking around with their hands on their guns in the parking lot to keep the peace. Thanks Best Western for putting my wife and I in such an unsafe situation. The “glitch” you had with my credit card could’ve been fixed with a 30 second phone call to me BTW. BUT you decided to contact me the DAY OF MY FLIGHT telling me about this. I can’t talk to you on the phone when on an airplane, or even know that you are contacting me. It is beyond belief that a hotel with “airport” in the name doesnt take into consideration their guests are flying all day before a potential check-in. You should’ve clarified any issues 24 hours in advance minimum. Instead you notified me the day of my check-in while I was on my flight, then canceled a few hours later. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE, reservations mean nothin
