"I am surprised at a hotel of this size and calibre doesn’t offer a secure Wi-Fi for guests. No fridges in the room. Room was clean and comfortable, bed exceptionally comfortable, the duvets were very good but made for rather a warm night, even with the window open. Having a window that opened was another plus point, so many hotels serve you up with windows that cannot be open so rooms are stuffy. Staff were excellent."

"Another weekend at Brooklands, this has become our favourite hotel! Parking is easy, reception take payment for you, or free parking if you book direct. Breakfast is excellent, so much so my son and his family join us every stay. Staff are really pleasant and helpful, rooms are lovely, we cannot fault this hotel!"

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."

"It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar."
