This hotel was beautiful and in such a good location. It was perfect for enjoying the night market and drop off our shopping haul! When checking out I accidentally left behind my power bank and the staff were so quick to get back to me and make sure I was able to come pick it back up, I am beyond thankful for their help and attention to this! The staff were amazing! The breakfast was also incredibly lovely

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were polite and attentive, and eager to help with any query. Rooftop pool and bar has great views over the lake, perfect to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also very good with western and Vietnamese options available. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!

We had an amazing stay at a peridot. staff was welcoming and friendly. only knock was how the showers were built, which allowed for very wet bathroom floors. Otherwise would recommend for anyone visiting Old Quarters to consider staying here. Also splurge a little to get the deluxe room so that you have a window.

Thom and Grace on reception were so helpful. In organising me a driver to Tam Coc.
I keep returning to this hotel as they are so helpful and they arranged for a colleague Thurong to help me get my suitcase back from a different hotel in Hanoi. I carry a lot of luggage too but nothing is an issue.
The whole staff are so kind, thoughtful and helpful.
The amenities are great. I will continue to return to this hotel. Due to their service, the location and how efficient they are.
