The lobby was very nice, I enjoyed the building floor plan and I liked how I could walk to the morning breakfast and fitness rooms without going outside into the chill. The building felt very same and cozy.

The amazing staff were very welcoming and kind. They even checked in on us throughout our stay! You don’t get this kind of service just any where anymore. Amazing! If i could give this hotel 100 stars I would!

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. I was concerned with the good rate just what I was getting myself into...
I appreciated the enthusiasm in the Morning breakfast crew.
They are a great way to start your morning, very cheerful and happy to help you with anything you need.

we were lost due to the sign not being turned on since we arrived at night. I called the hotel and staff was helpful in directing us to the hotel.
it would have helped if the sign was on since the hotel was easy to access after exiting the freeway.
the bed was worn and uncomfortable.
But we managed to get some sleep.

The person who worked the front desk when we checked in was a delight. Personable, friendly, very accommodating. I only have 2 very minor complaints. First, we didn't get towels for our second day and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Overall, it was great and we will stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. We booked a standard king room and it was large, more like a suite with a sofa/sitting area. The shower was probably one of the best hotel showers I've experienced - good shower head, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fairly standard hotel breakfast fare. They offered a homemade salsa which was outstanding!
I will be more careful using a booking service in the future as the third night had a higher room rate which I did not catch when I made the reservation. I've never had the happen in the past. Live and learn.

Easy to get to right off the freeway, there breakfast is improved they now have bacon and sausage.

Everything is great except the nasty sausage’s they serve for breakfast most of the time, they should have bacon everyday that’s what most Americans like. Considering staying somewhere else in the future

The motel itself is fine. The staff were friendly enough. However, it’s definitely over priced and that was the worst mattress I’ve slept on in a long time. Was barely able to sleep. And I’m pretty certain the people next door where selling drugs out of their room all damn night long.

Very noisy from the room up and had to remind 3 times, and did not see it was being addressed. Also, the bathtub was blocked.

Chose this place specifically because it was near the BART Fremont park and ride that would go right into San Francisco, so I wouldn't have to drive and find parking. Great breakfast with waffles and rotating hot options, plus lots of food places in the near vicinity. My room had a patio that had chairs and a table to sit out at night. Pool and hot tub were incredibly relaxing. Excellent value for price I paid.
