The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² air-conditioned apartment with shared pool for rent in Fréjus, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, an attractive bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.  
\- Bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)  
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside :  
\- Shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to October  
\- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The town center and market are a 5-minute walk from the property.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one space).  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Fréjus, approx. 1.5 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Nice, approx. 45 km away
