It is situated in a magnificent private and secure estate near the Esterel massif, which offers leisure activities for young and old (swimming pool, restaurant, tennis).  
The house is built on a rock and offers a commanding view of the region (Esterel and Maures massifs), as far as the Mediterranean Sea, 10 km away.  
The public swimming pool, accessible free of charge to residents, offers panoramic views of the Esterel. The estate has a restaurant and tennis courts.  
The house is located 12 km from Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station.
