"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

"Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. "We were warmly welcomed and our suitcases carried up for us the second we arrived. We booked a family room which was spacious and clean - nothing fancy but pleasent enough. We appreciated the Aircon during a heatwave! The pool was nice, but very cold. No one else was in the spa area so I enjoyed the quiet! Breakfast was nice, and all the waiting staff were super friendly. The bar looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. It's a shame they didn't have a restaurant in the evening as that would have been useful with a young tired child with us but there was a great restaurant they recommended literally around the corner."

"The hotel was nicely renovated with quirky details but still filled with rich history. We love the small details and the amenities and also the complementary wellness zone with sauna was a nice touch. The location being walking distance to the station was also great because we can carry our heavy luggages without much trouble. And although it is next to a busy road, it wasn’t noisy or chaotic once we entered the building."

"THE HOTEL IS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK OF THE TRAIN STATION AND 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE FORTRESS - TO MIRABEL GARDENS (WHERE THE SOUND OF MUSIC WAS SHOT) AND THE BUS ROUTES GO REGULARLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. THE ROOM ITSELF WAS VERY ROOMY WITH PLENTY OF CLOSET SPACE AND A WONDERFUL SHOWER. THERE IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO EAT IN THE SAME BUILDING JUST AT THE OTHER END OF A LONG HALLWAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN UNDERSTANDING THE BUS ROUTES AND DID IT IN A FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS MANNER. ALL IN ALL MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF OUR 3 DAY STAY AT THE HOTEL."

"Went with my mom and husband. We had the roomy cocoon and it was enough space for us (we travel light - only carry on luggages). We did not eat at the restaurant on site because there were many to choose from around the hotel. It was also very close to the train station which is very helpful to not walk very far with luggages. Bring a water bottle, they can refill it for you by the restaurant/front desk. We would stay here again."
