The room was well appointed and very comfortable, thank goodness for the block out blinds! The only thing missing for me was tea/coffee making facilities.

The staff helped me get in earlier than normal, as I was only able to be there for 6 hours. This made my trip, as I got to clean up and have a shower, and then make a lunch appt with a friend from 25yrs ago… truly, I can’t say thank you enough to the staff for helping make this happen.

I liked the comodity and cleanness of the room and Bath. I disliked the unkind reception service and the delay in the delivery of the car (25 min) during the check out both caused by the discriteria of the same person.

Refined luxury in Freiburg
This is one of the finest, loveliest, and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. I was traveling with my husband and 4 adult children, and everyone agreed it was “the best hotel” ever. The furnishings, customer service, and amenities were outstanding.

A really nice hotel with a lot of attention to detail, decor, and presentation. Only problem, the food is presented so fancy but it lacks taste. I ordered cod with asparagus. I got a rubber fish. It was gummy and the waitress agreed and was very apologetic. She took it to the chef and he decreed there is nothing wrong with the fish and i was charged the 48Euros even though i did not eat it. Not good policy.

Gute Wahl für einen netten, gepflegten Aufenthalt in Freiburg i.B.; Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden war ausgeprägt und präsent ohne aufdringlich zu wirken - Dankeschön! Aus unserer, persönlichen Sicht haben wir uns einzig an den "sehr fluffigen" Schlafkissen gestört... auch die weiteren im Schrank aufgelegten Kissen waren für unser Empfinden zu softig...

Wir waren für ein Konzert für eine Nacht da. Der Service ist super! Und wurde beim Regenwetter direkt ein Schirm angeboten. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich. Da wir nicht im Hotel gegessen haben kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen. Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Erstklassig! Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abfahrt, erstklassiger Service, mega freundliche und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Hier ist der Gast allerherzlichst willkommen. Dit hotel maakt zijn 5 sterren waar! Ik reis veel voor mijn werk en verblijf dan meestal in 4sterren en soms in 5 sterren hotels. Nu samen met mijn echtgenote ons 10 jarig huwelijk gevierd Met een diner en overnachting hier. Dit hotel heeft tegenover veel van andere hotels net dat stukje extra. De vriendelijke, persoonlijke benadering, het gevoel van luxe grandeur; juist dat maakt dit tot een echte “must-have” ervaring.
