Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
