I love the whole "English Tudor" vibe at the hotel. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and the hotel lounge is a fun place to unwind.

Room was clean and staff was very nice! However, no heat in lobby area during our stay so breakfast wasn't enjoyable. And the hotel has no parking. You have to park down the block in a garage and walk.

The first room we got was not the cleanliest and was really rundown. So we called down to the front desk and got a second room, which was much better and you could tell was remodeled in the bathroom. Smelled clean, looked clean unlike first room.
