Tucked away on the upper level of the beautifully restored Gillespie House, this spacious bedroom suite offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Fredericksburg. Outfitted with a plush king-size bed and a cozy single daybed, the suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. The private bathroom features a luxurious two-person jacuzzi tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just one block from Historic Main Street, you'll be within easy walking distance of renowned restaurants, charming boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and live music venues. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared spaces, including a bright and airy parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, a living room filled with elegant period antiques, and a covered front porch with classic rocking chairs. With the owners living on-site, you'll enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay. This home offers two bedroom suites for rent, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. Only the main entrance, downstairs living room, and parlor are shared between guests. Please note: The friendly owners live onsite in the back part of the home and are happy to offer local tips while respecting your privacy throughout your stay. Lots of antique pieces and we enjoyed having the day before to relax on. There were plenty electrical outlets for charging devices.
