Spent 3 days here as a base location to visit wineries and explore Fredericksburg. The home was a perfect location not far from the main streets of Fredericksburg and offered a wonderful backyard for grilling and games. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the living room, sun porch, and back yard if we needed a little introvert break. The property was in great shape and spotlessly clean. The home has been renovated nicely. Pictures and details were as promised. Check in and out was uneventful and they were very communicative during our stay. 2nd bedroom could easily fit and king and would be a nice addition for couples. It was clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed having the sunporch to hang out in the mornings for coffee and quiet reading time while the living room was comfortable for watching tv or visiting. The cooler temperatures had us burning a fire in the backyard fire pit and sitting around the fire enjoying the time to visit… we had a couple of deer come by and graze in the yard Nextdoor. This location was very convenient to Main Street but it was very quiet on the surrounding streets. We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer to take care of some laundry while we were there.
