Nice hotel close to state parks.

Nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff, clean room, & pet friendly. Close to various restaurants. Dissapointed that a/c fan needed repair & was noisy.

I have tried a couple of sorounded hotels n love this one the best, ez access, fast loading n unloading nice breakfest n gym n fireplace n pool, very comfy beds n pillows n my dogs love it

Very noisy. There was a dog in a room that was barking for almost an hour. Front desk said they would take care of it. Shouldn't have to listen to such noise in a motel when you are trying to relax. They have stopped the hideous smoking, so stop the pets.

Hello, so sorry you experienced an issue during your stay! La Quinta is proudly a pet friendly chain. That being said, no, you should no have to listen to barking dogs during your stay. Our front desk staff is trained to help eliminate such disturbances and guests traveling with pets are instructed to not leave their pet alone in the room. Sorry these precautions didn't help in this case, we will try to do better!

Beds were small. Hotel was loud. Breakfast barely passable as such. Wi-fi sketchy. Better options available at similar price point

horrible customer service

we booked thru hotels.com for 2 nights, then changed our res. for 1 night, however, we were charged for 2 nights. manager cited the fault lied on expedia side, and expedia cited hotel's fault. hotel manager was rude and unwilling to work with us. unacceptable! will never use hotels.com nor laquinta for logding again!

The hotel is clean but they were shorthanded when we arrived so we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in.
