We were supposed to be in Fredericksburg, rather than Kerrville, but that was not the fault of this hotel. The desk staff was so friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady working the night shift, who managed to diffuse my irritation with the Hotels.com issue. Breakfast was good, but I missed the eggs and yogurt that I prefer because they were not visible. Some labeling might have helped. We also had a difficult time with the TV guide and channel options. We did, however, enjoy our stay.
