THINGS TO KNOW The available space and accommodations in the loft make it unsuitable for adults. Due to the steep ladder access, it is not ideal for children under the age of 13\. The loft is only equipped with cooling. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. There is one way into the parking area and one way out. Be advised that the parking area has limited space to turn around, so no trailers are allowed. No vehicles are allowed beyond the Cabin. Please honor the signage. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
