Hello Steven. Yes you are correct, there is a fitted sheet on the single beds. The top sheet, doona and towel are folded at the bottom of the bed. We also have signs on these beds asking patrons not to put luggage on them unless they have paid for the beds. This may be where the confusion lies. When you spoke to me asking if it is standard procedure, I was explaining why we also have signs on the bed, not why they are not made up. Yes, I also offered to go over and make the bed up for you, not because you had two adults, but because you seemed upset. I am pleased you found the rest of our accommodation adequate.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I assume by the cooktop comment that you were in a Deluxe Condo. As these are ceramic cooktops, they do still stay red when they have been turned off. The TV can periodically pixelate when it is windy due to being in a hollow - mostly channel 7. We hope to see you again.

Are you sure you have left the review for the right place? If so, I would be mortally embarrassed if you were provided with a room that was not cleaned that day. As that could be the only possible explanation for one of our rooms not being to our high standard. I wish you had have phoned us as we would have rectified this immediately. Unfortunately as this is anonymous, I can't even look at the cleaners sheets to know what room you occupied or what date you were a guest. We would be happy for you to contact us, as would really like to get to the bottom of this. If you could please advise the room and date it would be appreciated.

Hello Leonie, We have a very strict noise policy in our park and strive to keep our park nice and peaceful for all. Whilst some of the rooms do have adjoining walls, it is unfortunate that you did not notify us of loud neighbours whilst it was happening. We can put a stop to it at the time, but unfortunately cannot do so after you have departed.

We are pleased you enjoyed your room. The spare bed notice asking that you not use the bed unless you have paid for it, is so that we can keep our costs down. Unfortunately some people use every bed or throw dirty bags on the bed, increasing our laundry costs. I'm sorry if this offended.

Thank you for leaving such a nice review. We hope you choose to stay here next time you are in Hervey Bay. We have a iron and ironing board in the laundry located in the middle of the amenities block.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time here Sam. Our budget villas have shower curtains and a small lip to step into the shower. The curtain needs to be pulled to prevent water leaking onto the bathroom floor whilst showering. The reverse cycle air-conditioner has been serviced only a few weeks ago, so should have been working. As I assume that you selected the heat setting, if you had bought it to our attention we would have resolved it as we work very hard to keep people as happy as practical.

I'm sorry you felt crammed in B. Our park can get very full, especially during peak periods such as Easter. As I am unsure where you stayed, I am not able to comment on the privacy, however if you choose to stay here again, please discuss it with us at time of booking and we can take this into account.
