I upgraded my stay this trip and if I’m honest the budget room was better. My tv was smaller than the budget room and everything else was the same. I like staying here and I will be back but upgrade wasn’t worth it

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice and clean great shower and easy access to the town and dining options. Only down fall was the laundry that is still coin operated . Maybe an upgrade to pay pass could be looked at. I wil definitely be back . Thank you

Have stayed at the motel a few times now, very clean, friendly staff, dont get tbe road noise, just what we need for a quick stop in Melbourne.

Short family trip to Frankston !
Generally, the room is OK but furnitures and room condition needed to be upgraded. Bathroom shower floor water trap also needed to be improved as the water may flood the shower if turned on for 5 minutes or more.

Was clean. Bed comfortable. Shower modern fittings. Hot water amazing. Only thing that maybe updating doors. Had slight issues with opening and closing. More the lock. Was a pleasant place to stay.

The motel was convenient and easy to find. My only disappointment was that there was no hotel or restaurant within easy walking distance but this is not the fault of the motel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Was like a jail cell. Bed was horrendous. Woke with pain and had to request a new room. They were happy to accomodate with a new room. No cooking facilities
